Short version: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at billing@labelgenic.com and we will review your case.
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If there was a technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the platform, we will work with you to make it right — including prorated credits or refunds where appropriate.
